I would have given 5 stars if we got the wheelchair size we requested which I guess depending on the reviewer could also be a 1.
We were looking for a reclining wheelchair (prescribed) to help my husband out with appointments. If he is upright for too long of a period of time he has sever neurological symptoms.
We had some issues with the dates and was assured by Jeff it would be sent to us in time. Unfortunately, it almost missed the timing, but Jeff did follow up and make sure it was delivered the day of our travel (and just in the nick of time).
Other than the mix up at the warehouse / order being the wrong size etc. It was great that Jeff was able to make it happen and we got something in time.
