Shipping Policy

All devices will come assembled upon delivery.

Wheel Walkers Inc. works with third-party delivery services to provide timely and prompt delivery of medical mobility devices across the GTA.  Accordingly, for mobility device rental orders of items that are in-stock inventory, we are typically able to provide the device within 2 to 3 hours of order time across the GTA.  Delivery fee ranges based on distance travelled and will be calculated at check out. 

For inventory that is purchased or rental orders for items that are not in stock, the delivery time is typically 2 to 3 days, dependent on our suppliers. 

As an alternative to delivery, we offer in-person pickup at 220 Viewmount Avenue in Toronto for no additional cost. This is a residential address and requires advance notice of retrieval.
