I was initially a bit anxious because the online booking process was so simple, but everything turned out perfectly. The wheelchair arrived exactly on the scheduled day as promised.
When it was time to return it, I planned to use Uber for delivery but wasn't sure about the exact return procedure. I called their customer service, and the representative was incredibly helpful and guided me through the process with great courtesy.
The entire experience was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. Thanks to this service, my recovery went well and I no longer need the wheelchair. If I ever require a rental again in Canada, I will definitely use this company without hesitation.
We had a wonderful experience with Wheel Walkers! My husband needed wheel chair for a few weeks in Toronto and we initially rented for 1 week and extended as needed. I broke my foot and ankle a week before I needed to travel to Scotland. Knowing I had challenging terrain to manage and a lot of distance to cover, I needed a walking aid that could support me. Couldn’t have done it without this AWD scooter. Friends and family thought I was crazy to attempt my trip away, but later praised the Knee Rover, as it made travelling very easy and comfortable. It’s extremely durable, stable, and very smooth. Highly recommend for anyone working through a foot/leg injury who needs to remain mobile.
