The chair came with no written assembly instructions. A large nut was missing which held a horizontal brace in place. The chair was unsafe to operate without the brace as it twisted when reclining. The foot pedals and leg braces were from different manufacturers and did not match. They were adjusted to different lengths. The driver who picked up the chair had no knowledge of how to disassemble it for transport had too small a car and needed assistance to get th chair and parts into his vehicle. I will look elsewhere next time a chair is needed.
