Refund request was not processed

I returned the product within 48 hours as per the policy and requested a refund. Unfortunately, no one has contacted me or processed my refund. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Helped a lot when my feet was fractured and I need a no weight bearing product to use! Also, very fast delivery!

Good product, bad customer service

Pickup and drop off were incredibly difficult with this company. I tried picking up at the location listed on their site, where it clearly said “please visit us at this location.” Then when I arrived they said I had to go to the other location. After some back and forth they allowed me to pick up from there.

When I went to return my scooter rental, they informed me I needed to go to a different location. They claimed to have sent an email informing me of this, but they had not. Conveniently, I received that email a few minutes after I told them on the phone that it was never sent to me.

The person I spoke with, Jeff, was very kind and apologetic, and told me I wouldn’t have any late fees if I needed to keep it an extra few days to get it back. But at this point I just wanted it returned. He suggested an Uber Package which was going to cost $20 out of my own pocket to get back. I requested reimbursement for this expense since it was a result of them not contacting me about the change of return address, but they never replied.

Would not rent from this company again. Unclear instructions and poor customer service.
